Develop a valuation assessment

Develop
a valuation assessment using the First Chicago Method and
management’s assumptions on page 5 of the case, and a counter
term sheet to propose to Black Oak. Post your valuation and any
other proposed changes to the term sheet (after the specified
students in the announcements post first).
It won’t be perfect, so don’t worry about it. Just give it a try.
The process of developing valuation will help you understand how
all this works.
