You work at Ethical Leadership International (ELI), a boutique management consulting firm that has historically specialized in the delivery of ethical leadership development programs. However, a major new opportunity has emerged for ELI to expand into the assessment and selection space. Specifically, Boeing’s engineering division is considering hiring ELI to build a new assessment tool that can be used to identify “high potentials” among a pool of some 300 first-line supervisors as well as external candidates.
