Did you know that in her show Judge Judy is not acting as a judge but as an arbitrator? The parties who appear on the show have signed an agreement allowing Judge Judy to resolve their dispute outside of an official court proceeding.
Watch an episode of Judge Judy or any similar “TV Judge” show. Then answer the following questions.
