Many companies use the Web to post job openings and to provide a description of these jobs. Select one (1) organization that has at least five (5) job descriptions posted for open positions and that lists the pay for each of these openings. Compile the posted information on at least five (5) job descriptions for your chosen organization and answer the following questions.
To meet these criteria, you may want to consider Web sites for state and federal governments, hospitals, and large universities. In each case, defend your answers with specific information derived from the job descriptions and your reading assignments. Your Activity responses should be both grammatically and mechanically correct and formatted in the same fashion as the Activity itself. Discuss what criteria the organization is apparently using to determine the relative value of jobs within the organization; that is, what factors seem to account for some positions being paid more than others are? Frame your answer in the context of the point-factor method of job evaluation, focusing on the issues below.
