Your certificate must contain each of the following components:

1) Experience Example: An example or an artifact that is a direct result of your participation in the experience. This artifact should include a screen capture (if appropriate) and a description of what that artifact is and why you chose that particular artifact. Explain how that particular artifact somehow exemplifies something you learned as part of your experience. An example might be a screen capture of some code you wrote that you are particularly proud of. This screen capture/description does not need to be any longer than a paragraph or two.

Include an analysis or synopsis of at least one of your journal entries as part of your description.

2) Record of hours in experience: You are required to include a paragraph that summarizes the number of hours you engaged in the experience. Your description should include an overview of how many hours you logged each week, what days of the week worked best for you, and what you may have learned about your ability to manage your time. Include all of your timesheets as an appendix. Be sure to also include an analysis or synopsis of at least one of your journal entries as part of your description.

3) Future application of skill: You are required to include a description of how the skills you acquired or enhanced as part of the experience can be applied to future professional experiences or job opportunities. . Include an analysis or synopsis of at least one of your journal entries as part of your description.

Requirements of Submission: Written components of projects must follow these formatting guidelines when applicable: a range of 5-7 pages, double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch marginbiks, and APA format citations where appropriate.
