You are a newly graduated speech pathologist working on a neurorehabilitation ward. You have received a new referral. Using the case history and data , along with your own independent research, you are to:

2) Secondly, formulate an assessment plan for your client detailing what additional information you would need to gather to guide your management and why. Rationales should be provided, with theoretical and research justification for each assessment goal or area. You should include examples of tasks or measures that you might use (30%).
3) Thirdly, set out an intervention plan with rationale. This should include:
Formulation of long-term goals and treatment period goals and also identification of the treatment approach or tasks you would use with clear justification (20%).
Application of the principles of motor learning to justify and outline the structure of practice and feedback regimen to ensure both acquisition and generalization of skills targeted during the treatment period. You may select one treatment period goal to demonstrate this application and use of motor learning theory (10%).
4) Lastly, outline what treatment outcome measures you will use and how they could be analysed to determine whether your intervention is effective and treatment goals achieved. (10%).
