3. Explain what is meant by TQM and critically discuss how Morrisons might make use of TQM in its operations.
4. Explain the key considerations that need to be taken into account when managing inventory and also discuss how these apply to Morrisons.
5. Explain the meaning of – Outsourcing – Vertical integration – Horizontal integration and give an example of how Morrisons uses well or might benefit from effective use of each approach.
