The aim is to analyse a problem in a business and write a case study report. This requires you to identify a current problem in an existing business, analyse the problem, provide solutions, evaluate those solutions and then draw recommendations to present to the business to help them improve the situation. You will need to undertake the following:
1. Identify a business which is experiencing a problem. Choose a business which is most relevant to your business interest and knowledge.
2. Research the causes and consequences of the problem the business is experiencing
3. Come up with at least three possible solutions to the problem and evaluate these solutions.
4. From the solutions, offer one or two recommendations to present to the Board of Directors which could help them overcome the problems.

You will need to use sources for this. Write the names of all sources you have used and the authors in a List of References section at the end of your paper. Please follow Harvard conventions when citing in text and writing a list of references, this will be covered in the classes.

5-you can choose any business but again keep it simple for an example energy drink company
