The research paper will include how a company utilizes an Integrated Conflict Management System (ICMS). Additionally, you will also include an in depth discussion of the five characteristics of the ICMS. Include in the research how conflict management can best be done in a team setting within the company that you are to research. The student will include a summary of findings and a conclusion of what they learned about conflict management in the workplace from a leadership viewpoint.
