Overview The purpose of this assignment is to design and/or select measures that will assist your evaluation of the progress you and your client are making toward achieving your stated goals. Resource It is extremely Important that your refer to the Selection of Measures handout (Word) when you make your selection. Instructions Pick a client (or client system). You can use the same client you used in the previous assignments, or you may select a different client. Specify a client problem that you expect to influence over the course of your work with that client or client system. Just as you did in Assignment 1, generate a list of indicators. (You dont need to turn in this list.) If your problem statements need to be more clearly defined or defined differently than you first thought, make those changes now. Develop two ultimate goals and a few objectives statements based on your problem statement and its indicators. These goals should reflect the change you and the client expect to observe over time. Design one measure for each objective statement that will reflect client outcomes. These measures will inform your evaluation of the progress you and the client are making toward the desired goals. Please attach a copy of the measure you designed.
