In order to work on the written assignment this week–you will need to refer to the ‘Checklist of Behaviors that Foster a Collaborative Culture’ in your assigned reading.
What is a peer-reviewed journal article, you may ask? Another clue is that the journal will usually start with “The Journal of” Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Operating Room Nurses, etc. Please include a copy of the journal article with your paper submission.
•Review your article and discuss the main points of the article and relate it to the importance of the team, using quality and holism, while taking care of the patient.
